Last night was the annual reception for recipients of the Hagan Grant. The Hagan Foundation has awarded the Oakesdale School at least one grant every year the grant program has been in existence. This year the district received five different grants. Mr. & Mrs. Moore received $17,000 for drones for the science and ag program;
Mrs. Westacott received $1200 for Primary Phonics books;
Mrs. Warwick received $4000 for stage improvements for Drama;
Mrs. Renstrom received $1800 for library books and furniture (this is the 10th year for a library grant from Hagan);
Mrs. Eads received $6200 for an interactive SMART board for the preschool.

Reminder! It is conference week. School hours are:
Monday-Tuesday, normal, 8-3
Wednesday-Thursday, 8-12 (no late start on Wednesday)
Friday, 8-12
Preschool students will ride the noon bus home.
All students must leave campus at noon as there is not supervision for them and we cannot have students roaming the halls during conference.
Middle and high school students will accompany parents to their student led conferences.
Next week is Spring Break! The school will be closed for the week. #NighthawkProud
